It is a peninsula extending into Shiwan Lake, with unique coconut trees, lakes, mountains and green shadows, showing the coconut grove scenery of an island in the south of China. There is a teahouse with A Dai architectural style in the depth, next to the lotus leaf bridge and lotus pond.

Palmae are mainly trees and shrubs, and a few are lianas, which are distributed in tropical America and tropical Asia. There are about 2,500 species in the world, of which 18 genus and 1 17 species (including varieties) are native to China, mainly distributed in South China and Southwest China. Palmae plants are mostly excellent ornamental plants in gardens, and can also be used for fiber, food, oil, starch, medicinal materials and other purposes.

5. Shiwan Lake Shiwan Lake was originally named Wanshiyan Reservoir and was built in 1952. It was the combat readiness reservoir in Xiamen in those days, which was formed by the confluence of Shuimokengxi and Qiaoxi, two major water systems in the park. Now it has become the core of the botanical garden landscape. In the north of Shiwan Lake, there are pine and cypress gardens and bamboo trails; in the south, there are Araucaria lawn; and in the east, there are Palm Island and Baihua Hall. On the dam on the west side, there are rows of Washington Brown, which originated in the United States and has a strong southern flavor, and the reflection of the lake light is unique.

6. Baihua Hall Baihua Hall is a garden-in-garden pattern, with the lotus pond as the center, and the lotus, Wang Lian and water lilies on the pond surface are all charming.
