Shuo Fan, male, 1962, from Zhengding, Hebei. He graduated from Hebei Arts and Crafts School and Academy of Fine Arts of Hebei Normal University. At present, he is a director of China Calligraphers Association, a member of running script committee, a professor of training center, a vice chairman of Hebei Calligraphers Association, a researcher of Chinese Painting Institute of Hebei Academy of Painting, a librarian of Hebei Literature and History Museum, a national first-class artist, and a vice chairman and secretary general of Hebei Enterprise (Industry) Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
