Usually, the letters and notes are in small letters, so the two kings of European style are more popular. It is very suitable for Yan Ti to write a medium-sized font. Of course, Yan Zhenqing will definitely write small letters when he lives. Unfortunately, there are no small letters in his words so far. There are also people who wrote Yan Ti in history, such as Fu Shan, Qian Feng, He Shaoji, Liu Yong, Weng Tonghe, Hua Shikui and Tan Yankai in Tianjin during the Republic of China. But overall, there are not many.
It doesn't matter which one to learn first, except that Yan Style and European Style are two schools. Yan Style, like Yan Zhenqing himself, is relatively stiff, but it is actually soft. Otherwise, it won't be called calligraphy. European Style is more soft outside, but learning calligraphy can't cross each other. Don't mix the European style when learning the style of face, and don't add the style of face when learning the style of face. Be pure and don't mix it.
