Beijingers tell you how to get around Beijing! Few people, beautiful scenery and strong flavor of Beijing

Nowadays, when it comes to visiting Beijing, Nanluo and Wangfujing are the most popular ones.

As a Beijinger, I really don’t find it interesting.

Walking around like this There is no Beijing flavor at all

Today I will recommend two of my favorite routes to you

Walking! Let's go for a walk with my buddy!

Walk!

Fijing Street

This street that walks from Fuchengmen all the way to Jingshan

is called "the most beautiful street in Beijing" by Lao She

p>

You can walk forward or backward, without looking back

When you are tired, just take a break wherever you go, it is clean and not crowded

“ In my backyard, you can see two trees outside the wall,

One is a jujube tree, and the other is also a jujube tree."

——"Autumn Night", Lu Xun

Let’s start at Fuchengmen Subway Station and take Exit B

As soon as we turn the corner, we arrive at Beijing Lu Xun Museum

It is said to be a museum, but in fact it is Lu Xun in Beijing.

A typical Beijing courtyard still has flowers and plants planted by Lu Xun

The two jujube trees in the backyard are still thriving there

After coming out of the museum, we headed east on Fuchengmen Inner Street

Within two steps we arrived at the White Pagoda Temple, which is most impressive to Beijingers.

The huge Tibetan-style White Pagoda is quite old.

Take out your mobile phone and take a photo of the beautiful scenery

Now that you have arrived at Baita Temple, you have to stroll around the nearby alleys

Here are all the original Authentic old Beijing Hutongs

And you can’t find any trace of commercialization

Walking in the Hutongs makes you feel like you are at home

Exit After exiting the alley, return to Fuchengmen Inner Street

Further ahead is the Temple of the Emperors of the Past Dynasties

This is also the place where the Ming and Qing emperors worshiped the emperors of the past dynasties

The architecture is very There are many, and it is one of the three major royal temples in Beijing

As you walk, you will find that this place is like a small Forbidden City

Going further is Guangji Temple

Known as "Beijing's real temple", it is definitely worth a visit

A little south of Guangji Temple is Brick Pagoda Hutong

This is the oldest and best preserved in Beijing One of the alleys

Here is the only Yuan Dynasty brick pagoda Wansong Old Man Pagoda in Beijing

The brick pagoda that has been adjusted many times has finally become a peaceful place

There is also the antique Zhengyang Bookstore under the tower

It is perfect to bask in the sun and read in the courtyard

Not far away there is the majestic and famous Xishiku Church

p>

Feel the Western culture and unique Western architectural style

Then it’s time to go to the Jin’ao Yuqiao Bridge, which is Wenjin Street

You can see it from a distance When you arrive at the White Tower in Beihai, you will see Zhongnanhai on one side

After crossing the bridge, you will reach Beihai Tuancheng

Walking half a circle around the besieged city also has a unique flavor

On the way to Jingshan Park, we can also pass by the turrets

Looking at the turrets from a distance is a unique experience

Finally, let’s go shopping in Jingshan

The ticket price of only 2 yuan for Jingshan Park is simply the most affordable one

<

p> Climb up Jingshan Mountain and overlook the most beautiful central axis of Beijing

Then take a closer look at Jingshan Park...

After leaving Jingshan Park, it’s almost time and it’s getting dark.

Don’t rush home, take the north gate and turn left and go straight to Beihai North Road

On the left side of the road is the Royal Palace Wall and the other side is the courtyard

Only two steps away is Shichahai...

"There is everything here, including the Royal River, the turrets of the Forbidden City,

Jingshan, Beihai, and the White Pagoda , there is the Jinao Jade Bridge,

There is Tuancheng, there is a red wall, there is a library, there is a large stone lion,

How beautiful, how beautiful! ”

——"Camel Xiangzi", Lao She

Shichahai

Since we didn't visit Shichahai last time

This time we will take a walk around Shichahai

As the oldest body of water in Beijing

The former residences of various celebrities have been preserved as much as possible in the surrounding area

"Shichahai, this water area,

Contains half of the history of modern Chinese literature!

This time we took the Beihai North Subway Station and took Exit B

Along Qianhai West Street Go inside the alley

As soon as you enter, you can see the former residence of Guo Moruo on the roadside

The former residence of Guo Moruo was originally a quaint Beijing courtyard house

Guo Moruo in the garden The plants and trees planted by the couple themselves

are guarded here along with Mr. Guo Moruo's calligraphy

And the objects in the room still maintain their original display

As soon as you come out, you will see the Shichahai Sports School and the Lotus Market across the street

Walk and look at it all the way to the north

When you get to the north edge of Qianhai, walk westward

When you arrive at Liuyin Street, you can see the legendary Prince Gong’s Mansion

Prince Gong’s Mansion is the most completely preserved among the existing palaces in Beijing

It even retains the style of the Qing Dynasty Architectural style

Regular architectural layout and sophisticated construction craftsmanship

Even now it seems full of royal style

If you have time, Chen Heng's former residence is just south of Prince Gong's Mansion

But if time is tight, we will continue walking north

You can pass by Houhai Park along Yangfang Hutong

If you want to If you want to take a boat trip to Shichahai, then this is the place

Walk along Deshengmen Nei Street to the north edge of Houhai

You can see Soong Ching Ling's former residence as soon as you turn the corner

There are willows and green rocks in front of the former residence, and the winding paths in the courtyard are deep

A graceful and elegant courtyard, walking around is like visiting a garden

However, this was actually the west garden of Prince Chun's Mansion next to it.

When you arrive at Shichahai, how can you not visit the bridge?

No matter how many bridges there are in Beijing, they are not as famous as the bridges in Shichahai

The Yinding Bridge at the junction of Qianhai and Houhai

Once upon a time, Li Dongyang, a poet of the Ming Dynasty, also stood on the bridge. Title this place:

"The best landscape in the city"

The Wanning Bridge on the south side of the Drum Tower is a must-see

It was once called "Haizi" "Bridge" has a long history

It was also the dividing bridge between the imperial city waters and civilian waters

At night, be sure to take a stroll along the southern edge of Qianhai

This place at night can make people calm down.

Come

Let’s enjoy the sea breeze, drink a glass of beer, and look at the scenery

As soon as it gets dark, it’s as if Shichahai has returned to its past

Read Lao She’s Works...

"When we arrived at the Victory Bridge, there was a bay of green water in the west, slowly flowing to the east.

Several barefoot children on the bluestones on both sides of the bank,

Lower your head and catch the wheat fish in the water with a long and thin bamboo pole.

There is a lotus pond on the east side of the bridge, surrounded by green reeds.

An egret stands quietly among the green lotus trees.

There is a green tiled pavilion on the north bank...

The south wind blows the weeping willows on the bank, and the flowers in the pond. The green cover,

shakes into an incomprehensible green wave,

the fragrance softly vibrates the poetry..."

——"Lao Zhang's Philosophy" Lao She

Walk slowly through the old alleys

Read the works of these celebrities carefully

Take a look at the past Attractions in Peiping that once had a glorious time

After walking this day, I couldn’t help but feel so comfortable.
