The key to opening the arm is that the two arms open naturally, and the angle between the big arm and the small arm is above 90; To achieve the above requirements, the body should sit as straight as possible, and the distance from the chest to the edge of the table is about 3 inches; Head straight, slightly forward, not skewed, to ensure that the viewing angle is moderate, and the distance between eyes and paper is kept at about 30 cm; Press the paper with the left hand to adjust the position of the paper; Put your feet flat naturally, and bend your legs flat. When your feet are parallel or slightly forward, your legs should not cross.
2. Standing posture. Feet slightly apart, one foot slightly forward, keep a good balance, upper body slightly forward, slightly bent, not too far away. Press the paper with your left hand and write with your right hand hanging your wrist and elbow.
The writing skills of brush calligraphy are as follows:
1, five-finger writing. All five fingers of the right hand are used, and the pen is held by the method of "pressing, pressing, hooking, checking and touching" to make the fingers perform their duties. In this way, the strength of the five fingers evenly surrounds the three sides of the pen, making the pen fixed and the palm empty. This is the so-called five-finger writing.
2. Three-finger writing. You need to hold the pen correctly. Generally speaking, the thumb, forefinger and middle finger are placed in the center of the pen, which is sandwiched between the thumb and forefinger, and the middle finger is placed at the lower end of the pen. Then, adjust the angle and strength of the finger to make the tilt angle, depth and direction of the pen holder meet the writing requirements.
3, master the tube method. Hold the pen in your hand and write. Pinch tube method is to put the fingertips of five fingers together and hold the end of the pen to write.
