The story of the painter practicing painting and learning painting

Qi Baishi

Qi Baishi was born in poverty and did farm work. He once lived in Shi Yang Town, Lianyuan City, Hunan Province. 1877, I studied carpentry with my uncle, and changed to wood carving the next year. Starting with folk painters, I studied the original works of the ancients and copied the Biography of Mustard Garden as a new sculpture. He studied poetry and calligraphy, visited mountains and rivers, served as an aide and entertainer, and eventually became a master of poetry, calligraphy, printing and painting. He perfectly unified the spirit of Chinese painting with the spirit of the times, which made Chinese painting attract international attention. His simple and modest spirit, self-confidence and self-improvement make his works both rigid and flexible, and his works are excellent, and he deserves to be called a people's artist. Qi Baishi worked hard all his life and painted a lot. He didn't draw for a day, and his fingers itched for five days. His works are amazing and surprisingly good. As short as 1953, there are more than 600 large and small works in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period. The commander of the puppet police in Beiping and the head of the "big spy" declared that Qi Baishi, a master of Chinese painting, was invited to have a birthday party. Qi Baishi came to the banquet, looked around the room full of guests, thought for a while and spread out the paper. In the blink of an eye, an ink crab jumped onto the paper. Everyone was full of praise and beaming with joy. Unexpectedly, with a stroke of his pen, Qi Baishi wrote a line on the painting: "See how long you have to be wild", then wrote "General Wu Tie", and then looked up and left. .

Xu Beihong

Xu Beihong (1895 July19-1953 September 26th) was born in Qiting Bridge, Yixing, Jiangsu, China. The founder of modern art in China, an outstanding painter and art educator. I studied poetry, calligraphy and painting with my father Xu since I was a child. 19 12 17 years old, she worked as a drawing teacher in Yixing girls' junior normal school. 19 16 entered the French Department of Fudan University in Shanghai and taught himself sketching while working. He studied in Japan and France, traveled to western European countries and studied western art, and returned to China from 65438 to 0927. He successively served as the director of the Fine Arts Department of Shanghai Nanguo Art Institute, professor of the Art Department of Central University and dean of Peking University Art Institute. Since 1933, China's art exhibitions and solo exhibitions have been held in France, Belgium, Italy, Britain, Germany and the Soviet Union.

During the Anti-Japanese War, Nanjing, Wuhan and Guangzhou fell one after another, and the situation was tense and materials were scarce. Xu Beihong traveled around Hong Kong and Singapore to raise money for art exhibitions and donate to the motherland to help the victims. From 1939 to 1940, at the invitation of Tagore, a great Indian poet, Xu Beihong went to India to hold an art exhibition to publicize the Anti-Japanese War. During this period, he created many oil paintings, but the most important achievement is this Chinese painting "Jade Man Moves Mountains". Its story is based on Liezi? A myth in Tang Wen: Yugong tried to level Taihang Mountain and Wuwangshan Mountain because they blocked the road. Someone made fun of him for it. He said, "Although I am dead, I have a son. Children have grandchildren, and grandchildren have children; A son has a son, and a son has a grandson:' Children and grandchildren are infinite; And the mountains don't increase, why bother and be uneven?' "The result was finally moved to the sky, and the two mountains were moved away by the gods.

Picasso

Spanish painter and sculptor. Party member, the French production party. He is the founder of modern art and the main representative of western modernist painting. He is Spanish, and he has an extraordinary artistic talent since he was a child. His father is an art teacher and has received several changes in painting style in the Academy of Fine Arts. Perhaps because of his sensitivity and precocity to impermanence and poverty, Picasso's early works are full of precocious melancholy, and his early paintings approximate the theme of expressionism. While studying, Picasso studied academic skills and traditional themes, and created works with religious themes as the description object, such as The First Eucharist. The soft color of Degas and the theme of high society pursued by Rotleck are also the objects of Picasso's early research. In the paintings such as Garrett's Mill and Woman Drinking Absinthe, there is always a vague sadness that the phantom of sound and light floating is operated by Rotlake. Picasso moved to Barcelona with his parents when he was fourteen, and saw new local art and ideas. However, just when he was eager to try, he suffered the defeat of the Spanish colonial war at that time. The drastic political changes have led to the tragic situation of the people, and Barcelona, as an important town, bears the brunt. Perhaps it is this double stimulation of excitement and despair that makes Picasso subconsciously give birth to the melancholy power of the blue period. Strict painting training, with solid modeling ability.

van gogh

1853 was born in Dherdt, Tianjin on March 30th, and 1890 committed suicide due to mental illness on July 29th. He did business in his early years, and then he was keen on religion. After 1880, he began to learn painting. I met painters such as E Bernard, P Sinek and P Gauguin in Paris.

His early works were influenced by Impressionism and Neo-Impressionism, such as The Potato Eater and The River Seine. He has exhibited his works in cafes, restaurants and other working-class people twice. Tired of living in Paris soon, he came to arles in the south of France and began to pursue more expressive skills. At the same time, inspired by innovative literary thoughts and Japanese painting, we boldly explore the style of freely expressing inner feelings, so as to achieve the self-expression of lines and colors and the decorative and symbolic picture. 1879 was expelled from the church because of his enthusiasm for work. This tragic experience left a deep impression on him. After that, I began to wander; Read Dickens, Stowe, Hugo, Shakespeare and Misley; Praise Charles? De? The art of Gru, Rembrandt, Lasdale, barbizon School and The Hague School; Disappointed by poverty, lose confidence in life; Start sketching. 1888 Vatican? Gauguin invited Gauguin to live in arles, but the two stubborn artists kept quarrelling. After a fierce quarrel, Gauguin left angrily, Vatican? Unable to restrain his excitement, Gao cut off his right ear.

The world first infected its madness to human painters-just as it once injected magic into his works. We stared at Van Gogh in surprise? High and twisted face, horrible eyes and trembling gestures: he seems to be suffering instead of all mankind and become the embodiment of pain. Thinking of this, can you still understand the Vatican? Struggling lines and dancing color blocks in Gao's works: his blood is mixed with poured paint, and the canvas is just a bandage for his wound. This is a master who lives in trauma. He is used to talking to the world with a wound. This is a painful reaper, and his sickle finally harvested his ears.

Van Gogh? Gao died, but left a famous ear-this last relic, it seems, did not lose hearing, collecting comments from future generations. The bleeding ear in the story is still like a stethoscope buried in our lives, spying on our conscience. Van Gogh? I'm dead, my ears are still alive, and I still have memories. When he groans and collapses, why not give him a hand-the world, do you hear? Where do your ears grow?
