Shifang, located in the hinterland of Sichuan Basin, has the reputation of "the hometown of mineral water in China", "the hometown of cigars in China" and "the hometown of folk culture and art (calligraphy) in China". Shifang city is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Sichuan Province, which is managed by Deyang City. Shifang city signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Deyang Mobile, and also held a promotion meeting on industrial development and investment in 2024.
