The National Calligraphy Competition for Primary and Secondary Schools is usually sponsored by China Calligraphers Association and other institutions. There is no seal of the Education Bureau on the certificate, probably because the competition is not sponsored or recognized by the Education Bureau.
Calligraphy education in primary and secondary schools is a very important part. Many schools and institutions will organize various forms of calligraphy competitions and exhibitions to improve students' calligraphy level and interest. Certificates and trophies of these competitions and exhibitions are usually awarded by the organizers, not by the Education Bureau.
