Master Hai Yun's Personal Honor
His works have won many awards in national competitions. In August 2005, he won the gold medal in the second Hong Kong China Cup and China Art Calligraphy Competition. His works have been collected by famous people in Japan, Korea, the United States, Singapore and Hong Kong. It was reported by newspapers and TV media many times in the 1980s. His works are well received by famous calligraphers at home and abroad. Since childhood, he became a monk in Shaolin Temple and learned to worship sea lanterns. 1990 was ordained at Longhua Ancient Temple in Shanghai in May. 1988- 1994 presided over Taishan Zhao Pu Temple, 1995- 1999 served as the abbot of Dacheng Temple in Handan City, Hebei Province. He is now honorary president of Jade Buddha Temple and listed as a famous Buddhist monk in China. He was received by state leaders Qiao Shi, Gu Mu, Li Ruihuan, Yang Chengwu and the leading comrades of the State Council Bureau of Organ Affairs, watched the master's unique skills and qigong calligraphy performance, and was praised by the leaders, and was praised as a generation of eminent monks.
