Advance morally and intellectually weakly, and return farmland without power. The poor people are facing the poor sea, and the sick people are facing the empty forest. The quilt pillow is waiting for the festival, and the quilt is opened for a while to peek at the coming. Listen to the waves with your ears, and look at the rugged mountains with your eyes. The first scene changes the wind, and the new yang changes the old yin. Spring grass grows in the pond, and willows in the garden become songbirds. Qi Qi hurts Bin Ge, and the luxuriant flowers feel Chu Yin. It is easy to live alone forever, but it is difficult to live in isolation. Is holding the practice unique in ancient times? There is no dullness in today.

The posture of the submerged dragon is so leisurely and wonderful! The sound of the high-flying bird is so loud and far-reaching! I want to stay in the sky (to achieve official status), but I am ashamed to face the flying dragon in the sky; I want to live in the valley (to retreat and submerge), but I am ashamed to face the hidden dragon in the abyss. I pursued my career as an official and cultivated virtue, but my wisdom was poor; I retired to cultivate the fields, but my strength was not up to the task. In order to pursue a salary, I came to this remote seaside to work as an official, and at the same time I was bedridden, facing the bare woods.
(Every day) I cover myself with a quilt and sleep on a pillow, unaware of the changes in seasonal climate. Occasionally, I opened the window curtains and climbed upstairs to take a look. Listen carefully to the sound of the flowing water, and look up to the towering mountains. The sunshine of early spring has replaced the remaining winter wind, and the new yang energy has replaced the coldness of last winter.
