“The Qinhuai River in the south of the Yangtze River was the capital of the Six Dynasties, and Jinling has been prosperous since ancient times.” The Qinhuai River in history is full of beautiful buildings, beautiful houses, singing and dancing, countless talents and beauties, and countless romantic stories. One clear night, I walked along the Qinhuai River. There were bright lights on both sides of the river, and there were many painted boats in the river. A soft breeze blew by, and the light overflowed. This charming night added to the charm.
I leisurely passed by Panshui Wharf, Qicai Water Street, Dongshuiguan and Gongyuan. The night was intoxicating. As I walked, I turned into a secluded alley and lost my way. There is a faded red door deep in the alley, with a mottled plaque "Ancient Peach Leaf Crossing" hanging on it. There are no bright lights in front of here, and there are no noisy crowds here. It forms a sharp contrast with the gorgeous publicity on the Qinhuai River, like forgotten years, low-key, deep and peaceful. But it does not seem lonely, but has a sense of independence from the world. This feeling attracted me, so I decided to go in and take a look. Open the door and you may be transported to another world.
Along the blue stone steps, I passed by a corridor. After a brief twist and turns, the corridor took me to an antique archway. The two stone pillars of the archway could be vaguely distinguished. A couplet with the style of Jin Dynasty. The gurgling water and the silence of the archway are like a love song sung under the moon, and more like a guard waiting silently.
There is a small pavilion on one side of the archway, with four curved corners. On the eaves tip of the northeast corner, a full moon hangs, seemingly close yet far away. The golden glass top is soaked in the moonlight, making it less aggressive and more gentle and modest.
There are peach trees planted in front of the pavilion, with flowers in full bloom and sparse shadows falling. The overhangs of the pavilion are looming among the slanting flower branches, forming an interesting contrast to each other.
"The peach blossoms shine brightly." The feeling of peach blossoms to me has always been bright and flamboyant, with an overbearing aura. This was my first time to take a closer look at a peach blossom in the moonlight. The pink petals are smiling and the white stamens are delicate and flexible, beautiful but not evil, soft but not offensive. The rising and falling colors are red in the wind, and the night is fragrant. The peach tree in front of me at this moment transformed into a long-sleeved beauty who was good at dancing. Her face was bright and clean, unstained by dust. When her clothes fluttered, there was a faint fragrance floating around, as graceful as a giant.
In this moonlight, all imperfections should be forgiven and tolerated. The misunderstandings between Taohua and I were relieved at this moment.
Some people say, "All flowers are looking for the season and want to bloom a unique story." The peach blossoms here are no exception. "Taoye Ferry" was originally an ancient ferry from the Six Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is said that this was a place where love was once watched, and "Taoye" was the name of the person whom Wang Xianzhi, a calligrapher of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, loved deeply. She met him on both sides of the Qinhuai River. The river was wide, windy and rough, and the boat would capsize if not careful. Wang Xianzhi was worried about Taoye, so he often greeted her at the ferry and left several "Songs of Taoye". One of the poems reads:
"The peach leaves are peach leaves, and there is no need to wait for the oars to cross the river.
The storm is unpredictable, and there is no life to cross the river south."
The peach leaves should be And:
"The peach leaves reflect the red flowers, and they are graceful in the absence of wind.
There is no limit to the reflection of spring flowers. Ganlang picks me up alone."
There is so much pity here. , rushing there risking his life. It turns out that loving each other is the best form of love, which can withstand the years and storms.
This kind of romance must be the envy of countless people. Zeng Ji of the Song Dynasty also wrote "Peach Leaf Crossing":
"The fragrant grass on the waist of the skirt refuses the long embankment, and Nanpu resents the separation every year.
The water sends Hengbo Mountain to gather green, just like "When the peach leaves cross the river."
Wu Jingzi of the Qing Dynasty wrote five verses:
"The flowers are falling on the white Banqiao, and the ancients sent me back to my concubine.
The water shines on the city. , Liu Shu has a smile on her face.
The invitation to the flute has been buried for a long time, and the fan in the sky is full of disasters.
The peach blossoms have been preserved since ancient times. Since then, it has been related to love. It must be the soul given to peach blossoms by the deep years.
If a flower is used to represent love, peach blossoms are more suitable than roses. The love of roses only favors the noble little prince. And roses are thorny, and what they love most is themselves. The peach blossom is different. It blooms in the mountains and fields. It has neither arrogant nobility nor false reserve. It represents the most ordinary and sincere love in the world. If it is loved by a peach, it will bloom to the extreme, smile beautifully, and look forward to its beautiful eyes, without any shyness or hiding. The peach is so warm that I wish I could give you the whole spring.
Peach blossoms chase flowing water, which is not frivolous, but actually a desperate act, a little humble but very pure. I fell in love with Taohua's decisiveness and wholeheartedness. If I could turn into a tree, I would also like to turn into a peach and bloom a tree full of flowers for you, not to attract bees and butterflies, but just so that you can recognize me on the way here.
