Duan Teli and the scribes looked at this couplet and were amazed and impressed. When everyone came back to find the shepherd boy, the shepherd boy had disappeared. Later, Duan Teli asked craftsmen to carve this couplet and hang it in the temple.
In addition to this peculiar couplet, there is also a cursive couplet in Song Wan Temple by Kan Zhenzhao, one of the four great calligraphers in Yunnan in the Qing Dynasty. Cloud to which it is connected:
Looking back on the opportunity, the world is a wild horse;
Loud whistling, the shape of Sha Ou in this world.
These two cursive couplets are not only profound in meaning, but also full of Zen quips. The calligraphy art is unparalleled and can be called the treasure of the town temple.
By the way, in addition to couplets, Song Wan Temple has two wonders: First, pine needles never fall on the roof; First, there is a well three feet deep. The sky is dry, the water does not overflow, and it leaks out. Together, it is called the "Three Wonders" Song Wan Temple.
