Internet courts can decide to complete part of the litigation process offline according to the application of the parties or the needs of case trial. Article 3 Within the scope of disputes over contracts and other property rights and interests stipulated in Article 2 of these Provisions, the parties may legally agree to bring a lawsuit to the Internet court where the dispute actually occurs. E-commerce operators or network service providers who conclude jurisdiction agreements with users in the form of standard terms shall comply with the provisions of laws and judicial interpretations on standard terms.
