The winter vacation is coming and the New Year is coming. We can finally have a wonderful holiday happily. However, how can we have a healthy and happy winter vacation?
When I asked my classmates, I found that everyone's plans were nothing more than New Year's greetings, doing homework or surfing the Internet. Most students thought it was nothing interesting to have a winter vacation. So isn't this winter vacation meaningless? I can't help but worry, can everyone have a meaningful winter vacation?
second, investigation practice
in order to make this practice more universal, I made an appointment with two students to conduct a field survey.
Of course, the students in our own class are the first to be investigated. (I designed a questionnaire. See Appendix 1 for details.)
I sent 53 questionnaires online (there are 56 people in our class) and received 45 receipts. According to Lv Shuyi's statistics, 1% of the students will do their homework, watch TV and pay New Year greetings during the winter vacation, and 98% of the students will surf the Internet. Everyone will concentrate on these activities, but there is no plan for the winter vacation. Where are they going?
Then, we go out to the society and look further: Since our junior high school students' plans are so boring, how will the senior high school students' plans be different?
We went to supermarkets, restaurants and shops with a high concentration of people and interviewed some high school students at school. (Note: Please attach interview questions)
Third, facing the public
When we came to a supermarket in the city, people came and went, and everyone was in a hurry to buy new year's goods. We all didn't know how to speak. We finally saw a sister who looked like a high school student, but we were afraid to go up and investigate, so this good opportunity was lost in vain and it was too late to regret.

"coming, coming!" Zhou Xinkai cried. I was nervous, relieved, stepped forward and started my first investigator's inquiry. Although I stuttered through the question, I was encouraged by my partner, and the next investigation went smoothly. The three of us felt like a duck to water and worked harder. It's true that practice makes perfect. Not only are we no longer shy, but we are more generous. After that, we don't forget to say "thank you, happy New Year!" to the investigators. It seems that this survey also has a lot of tricks!
after a day's investigation and statistics, we found that both junior high school students and senior high school students have to finish their homework 1%, and parents also hope that their children will check for missing parts during the winter vacation. Besides, the senior high school entrance examination is coming soon, and the junior high school entrance examination is also coming. Their studies are very tight. The first grade is relatively relaxed, including some students in the second grade, who also have to attend cram schools during the winter vacation, and most of them are involuntary, which has caused us to think. Holidays are originally used to adjust their bodies and minds. Why should they be so nervous? And many students have never thought about strengthening physical exercise during the holidays.

1 Make a plan for winter vacation life
"Everything is established in advance, and it will be abolished if it is not predicted." Only by making early plans and making reasonable arrangements can middle school students have a happy and fulfilling winter vacation life. Teacher Ma said that on the first day of winter vacation, students can try to write a semester summary to recall what they have learned, what they have gained, what they have lacked, and what they should reflect on during the holiday. The next day, you can write a winter vacation plan and arrange your daily schedule. Of course, the schedule should be scientific. Too tight and too loose will affect the quality of life during the winter vacation. With a plan that suits you, students will become masters of time. In the last two days of the winter vacation, everyone will write a holiday summary and ask themselves what they have gained in the holiday. At that time, maybe you will say to yourself, "I have had a regular and full winter vacation."
2 Etiquette education can not be ignored
Spring Festival is a traditional festival in China. During the winter vacation, with the help of their parents, students can collect and understand the etiquette and customs of the New Year and consciously abide by them during the New Year. At the same time, we should learn some communication terms and ways to treat people, so as to lay the foundation for our future society.

At this time, students should pay attention to catering etiquette and take the initiative to toast and bless their elders. We should respect the dietary tastes of relatives and friends in different regions and the customs and habits of ethnic minorities, and don't ask elders for lucky money casually. During the Spring Festival, you should not overeat when eating. As a middle school student, you should not smoke or drink too much.
reciprocate, and know how to repay. Students should know how to be polite when they are young, and remember that "it's only rude to come." To understand that today's happy life is hard-won, we should study hard and know how to repay our parents, teachers and all those who have helped us in the future. 3 communicate with family and cultivate hobbies
At ordinary times, students are busy with school, parents are busy with work, and there is little time to sit together and communicate. During the winter vacation, when students have time, they can do more housework with their parents, visit relatives and friends, and improve communication with their parents and relatives. Sit down and talk to your relatives, report on your study, or discuss social hot spots with your relatives to deepen your understanding of society. During the winter vacation, you can also visit bookstores, museums and science and technology museums with your family to enrich your brain with your relatives. You may be "surprised" to find that adults are actually very communicative.
Every middle school student wants to have his own skills and hobbies while developing in an all-round way. However, in the usual tense study and life process, I often have no time to take care of it. Only when I finish my holiday homework can I arrange my hobbies in a planned way. During the holiday, students can use enough time to arrange some meaningful sports activities every day, which can not only enhance their physical fitness, but also cultivate their sentiment and temper their will. For example, roller skating, swimming, basketball and football are all good choices. Especially for junior three students, it is necessary to strengthen physical exercise, and don't affect their physical performance in the senior high school entrance examination because of laziness during the holidays. In addition, activities such as photography, calligraphy, taekwondo, street dance, reading or knitting Chinese knots can also cultivate your hobbies.

Yu Wanxiang (President twenty middle school): I don't advocate parents forcing their children to attend various cram schools. Parents should let their children make a holiday plan according to their characteristics, see what are the shortcomings and see something in a planned way. For example, students in Grade One and Grade Two should look back at what they have learned this semester, braid, string, weave into a web and connect them into pieces to learn knowledge in a three-dimensional way. Students are advised to read some famous books and scientific books. If possible, it is also important to take part in more social practice. Learning focuses on thinking. You can't just do problems. If you only do problems without thinking, you will learn knowledge to death.
More importantly, parents can't keep up with the joneses and let their own children make up the lessons just by watching other people's children make up the lessons.

Qian Su (Principal of 99 Middle School): Before the winter vacation, many parents have set a timetable for their children to make up lessons. Some parents even enrolled their children in seven or eight make-up classes. In fact, this may not be a good thing for their children.
After more than four months of intense study, children have long been looking forward to the day off. Therefore, having a holiday allows children to have a full rest, which is conducive to the new semester's full mental state. Children should be allowed to do more things they like, such as guiding them to surf the internet properly and learn to communicate; Encourage children to teach themselves, and never blindly go to some make-up classes in the society, especially some make-up classes for new lessons.
Zhang Yan: On the premise of full rest, the school can properly arrange some homework, and students can check for missing parts and make simple previews, but they must never make up new lessons. If you use a month's holiday to make up new lessons, there will be endless troubles. Because a semester's course covers a lot of content, it needs to be studied systematically and extrapolated. If you finish it in just one month, there is no process of digestion and absorption, even if you barely finish it, you will have a little knowledge. Studying after school starts, children feel that they have learned, and they have no sense of freshness, so they are not serious when they study, which is very easy to "catch up".
Qian Su: It's very important for children to have a holiday. Proper physical exercise is essential, which can help them play the piano, chess and ball games. Children can also go to museums and science palaces to open their eyes and help the elderly do what they can in the community to learn more about life and society.
During the interview, some education experts put forward the suggestions of "three less" and "three more":

V. Special examples
According to the interview, parents' decisions and interests play a great role in students' winter vacation trips. Zhou's parents, a high school student, like to travel. This winter vacation, Zhou followed his parents to the new landscape of Harbin, "Long Ta", visited the window of Europe and Asia, went skiing in three ski resorts in the province, and visited the ice lantern exhibition. Although he "never leaves the province" and goes back and forth on the same day every time he goes out, he still feels full of interest, which adds a lot of color to the monotonous winter vacation life.
An Changsi, a senior high school student, went to visit relatives in Anshan with his parents and traveled to Dalian for 1 days. The only thing that made him unhappy was that the train compartment was too crowded because of the flow of migrant workers and visiting relatives on this round trip.
