Great names in history

Ni Kuan (? —— Former 103) An official of the Western Han Dynasty, Wen Zhong, was born in Niqiu Town, Taihe County, Anhui Province.

During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, it was built by later generations to commemorate Ni Kuan, one of the eight scenic spots in Taihe, who was "studious and generous to others", which was called "hoe the building to reflect the moon" in history.

Fan Pang (137— 169) was born in Xiyang, Runan, Eastern Han Dynasty.
