Zhao Fan's introduction

Zhao Fan (185 1 year-1927), whose real name was Yuecun, whose real name was Jiè, was nicknamed Mianxian, and he was an old man in his later years. Bai nationality, a native of Beizhai, Hu Xiang Village, Jianchuan County, Yunnan Province, is a famous politician, scholar, poet and calligrapher in the modern history of China. Emperor Guangxu (1875) was a juren. He used to be a provincial judge in Sichuan province and an official in southern Sichuan. Participated in the Revolution of 1911 and the movement to protect the country and protect the law. He served as a member of the House of Representatives and the transportation minister of the Yugoslav military government. 1920 resigned and returned to Yunnan as the director of Yunnan Provincial Library. Cai E and Li Genyuan (KMT elders and Zhu De's mentor) are his proteges. Zhao Fan wrote a lot in his life, especially poems. He wrote the famous Heart Disease Couplet in Wuhou Temple in Chengdu. Now the "first couplet in the world" of Kunming Daguanlou is its calligraphy. In his later years, he devoted himself to cultural undertakings and compiled books such as Yunnan Series until his death at the age of 76.
