Brief introduction of Zhang Biao

Zhang Biao was born in 1946, Hebei province. He used to be president of China Art Newspaper, consultant of China Calligraphy Association, vice chairman of China Calligraphers Association, party secretary, president of Central State Organs Branch, director of the evaluation committee of China Calligraphers Association, director of China Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, director of China Youth Foundation and member of China Poetry Society.
