On September 2 1 day, the release ceremony of the emblem of the 2007 Changchun Asian Winter Games was held in Changchun World Sculpture Park. The work "Flying Over" designed by Mr. Wang Chuntao of Shenzhen was finally selected as the emblem of the Asian Winter Games.
In order to inspire Changchun people forever with the spirit of tenacious struggle and courage, the emblem of Changchun Asian Games Organizing Committee chose a novel way-making the emblem of the Asian Winter Games into a sculpture. 2 1 afternoon 15, Central Square of Changchun World Sculpture Park, Vice Governor Li Jinbin, Mayor Zhu of Changchun City, Director Zhao Fengpei of Provincial Sports Bureau, Standing Committee of Changchun Municipal Committee, Secretary General, Deputy Director Du of Changchun Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, Vice Mayor Wu Zhenchang of Changchun City, Secretary General Li Fasuo of Changchun Municipal Government and Secretary General Cui Shengli of Jilin Municipal Government unveiled the emblem sculpture.
The emblem designed by Wang Chuntao consists of two English letters "C", which is a sports mode of platform skiing. It not only represents the host country "China" and the host city "Changchun" of the 6th Asian Winter Games, but also embodies a higher, faster and stronger Olympic spirit. Through the red sun symbolizing the Olympic Council of Asia, the blue representing friendship and vitality, and the green of peace and life constitute the main color of the emblem; "Changchun 2007" shows the traditional calligraphy art in China, which indicates that the 6th Asian Winter Games will be a grand sports event integrating ancient China civilization and Asian sports. According to the responsible comrades of the Changchun Asian Games Organizing Committee, this work was adopted because it is full of movement, which fully embodies the sportsmanship of athletes' tenacious struggle and self-challenge, and also represents the image of Changchun as a city that moves forward rapidly and transcends infinity.
The emblem sculpture of Changchun Asian Winter Games has the emblem pattern of the Asian Winter Games on the front and the shape of a speed skater on the back, which changes from reality to emptiness. This sculpture, designed and produced by Mr. Guo Huaixing from the School of Design of Jilin University of Arts, will stand in Changchun World Sculpture Park forever and become a witness of history.

Emblem-"Flying Over"
1, the emblem takes the Chinese character "six" as the modeling element, and is composed of two letters "c" from different perspectives, which constitutes an ascending alpine skiing image, but also like a short track speed skating action, and intuitively conveys the concept of "the Sixth Asian Winter Games" with a wave of his arm.
2. The blue letter "C" symbolizes "the city of science and technology" and "the city of ice and snow"-Changchun, which shows the regional characteristics of Changchun as a "natural ice and snow sports ground". The green letter "C" is the symbol of Changchun as a city of forests and a city of spring beyond the Great Wall. Green stands for peace, which means "friendship first, competition second".
3. The emblem shows the image of "changing with each passing day" and the trend of "eagle hitting the sky".
