Method 1:
1) Use text tools to type text.
2) Hold down the lt;ctrlgt; key, click the text layer in the layers palette, and a text selection will appear.
3) Select the Path palette, click the "Convert Selection to Path" button, and hide the text layer.
4) Use the pen tool and appropriately use the lt; ctrlgt; key and lt; Altgt; key to edit the path and adjust it to the style you need (note: remember to delete the redundant drawing points) .
5) You can search for those patterns on the Internet. After downloading them, use PS to remove the background, save them in png format and then you can use them (don’t tell me, I don’t know how to use the magic wand tool).
6) Select all other layers except the background layer. lt; crtl Alt Egt; Generate stamp layer.
7) Press lt;crtlgt; and click on the stamping layer to generate a selection.
8) Create a new layer and fill the selected area with color.

Photoshop mainly processes digital images composed of pixels. Use its numerous editing and drawing tools to effectively edit pictures. PS has many functions, covering images, graphics, text, video, publishing and other aspects.
In 2003, Adobe Photoshop 8 was renamed Adobe Photoshop CS. In July 2013, Adobe launched the latest version of Photoshop CC. Since then, Photoshop CS6 has been replaced by the new CC series as the last version of the Adobe CS series.
Adobe supports Windows operating system, Android system and Mac OS, but Linux operating system users can run Photoshop by using Wine.
