Article 1 The Jilin Calligraphers Association is a people's organization composed of calligraphers of all ethnic groups in China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. It is a bridge and link between the party and the government to contact calligraphers and calligraphers, and has independent legal personality.
Article 2 Jilin Calligraphers Association is a group member of Jilin Calligraphers Association, and accepts contact and work coordination. Under the leadership of Jilin Federation of Literary and Art Circles, I completed all the tasks I undertook.
Article 3 This Association will implement the Party's basic line, adhere to Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, conscientiously implement the spirit of the 18th Party Congress, adhere to Scientific Outlook on Development, guide artistic practice, adhere to the purpose of "serving the people and society" in literature and art, implement the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend", devote itself to the prosperity and development of calligraphy art in our city, and strive hard for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and the realization of socialist modernization.
Article 4 This Association is responsible for business liaison, coordination, service and guidance to counties (cities), book associations and members of this Association. Broadly unite calligraphers' organizations in our city, attach importance to the cultivation of young calligraphers, strengthen contacts with calligraphy circles at home and abroad and all walks of life, actively participate in the art market, and strive for the prosperity of socialist calligraphy art.
Article 5 Jilin Calligraphers Association is responsible for the construction, service, operation and management of "China Calligraphy City", and its members have the right and obligation to make suggestions for the construction of "Calligraphy City".
Chapter II Members
Article 6 Anyone who supports the Articles of Association and meets the following conditions may become a member of the Association upon his own application, recommendation of the county (city) district calligraphers association and approval of the office meeting of the presidium.
1. My calligraphy works have participated in exhibitions organized by the Association or have been published in professional journals recognized by the Association for more than two times.
2. He has published more than two calligraphy papers in academic seminars sponsored by the Association or professional journals recognized by the Association.
3 years engaged in calligraphy education or presided over the actual work of the city, county (city) and district calligraphers association and achieved remarkable results.
4. I like calligraphy and have made special contributions to the association.
Article 7 Members who have made outstanding achievements and meet the membership requirements of Jilin Calligraphers Association shall be recommended to Jilin Calligraphers Association through discussion and approval at the office meeting of the presidium. Members of Jilin Calligraphers Association or China Calligraphers Association who live or work in our city are ex officio members.
Article 8 Members shall abide by the articles of association and resolutions, actively complete the tasks assigned by the association, actively participate in the activities of the association, and actively carry out creation and research. Pay membership dues on time, and participate in supporting the Association to carry out various business activities.
Article 9 Members of the Association shall enjoy the right to vote and stand for election, enjoy the benefits of the Association, make criticisms and suggestions on the work of the Association, and have the freedom to quit the Association.
Article 10 All friendly people from outside the city, overseas and abroad who have always cared for, supported and sponsored the Association can become honorary members of the Association upon the recommendation of the Secretariat of the Association, the approval of the Presidium and my consent.
Chapter III Weaving
Article 11 The Association shall safeguard the rights of its members in accordance with national laws. Being punished by law, deprived of civil rights, seriously violating the articles of association, discrediting the association and causing damage to the work; The presidium has the right to cancel the membership of those who refuse to participate in the activities of the association and pay their membership fees for two consecutive years.
Article 12 The highest authority of this Association is the Municipal Members' Congress, and its functions and powers are: deliberating and approving the work report of the last Council; Amend the Articles of Association; Elect or negotiate the current Council; Discuss and decide on other major issues. The congress is held every five years, and may be held in advance or postponed if necessary.
Article 13 The Council is the authority of the member congress, and its functions and powers are: to elect or negotiate the chairman and vice chairman; Implement the resolutions of the members' congress, and keep in touch with the leaders and members of the association. During the closing of the Council, the Presidium will lead the work of the Association. The Council shall be convened once a year, and may be convened in advance or postponed if necessary.
Article 14 The Presidium is the decision-making body of the Association, consisting of 1 chairman, several vice-chairmen and the Secretary-General. The Secretary-General responsibility system under the leadership of the Presidium and the Council is implemented, and the Secretary-General presides over the daily work.
Chapter IV Sources of Funds
Article 15 The sources of funds of this Association are: national financial allocation, membership fees, business income of this Association and social sponsorship.
Sixteenth Jilin Calligraphers Association is referred to as the Municipal Calligraphers Association, and its meeting place is located at No.82, Beijing Road, Jilin City.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 17 The Articles of Association shall be implemented as of the date of adoption by the general meeting of members. The right of revision is in the member congress, and the right of interpretation is in the presidium meeting.
