The organizing committee of the Third National Fan Calligraphy Art Exhibition is composed of relevant leaders of the Chinese Calligraphy Association and the host, undertaker and co-organizer.

3. Review Committee

The Chinese Calligraphers Association hires experts to form a review committee to be responsible for the review work.

IV. Submission requirements

(1) Content: Healthy and uplifting ancient and modern poetry, couplets, rhymes, aphorisms, etc. are acceptable. Self-composed poetry is encouraged.

(2) Specifications: There is no limit on the style of the calligraphy, and the horizontal width should not exceed 3 feet. All works please do not frame them.

(3) All contributors to the Third National Fan Calligraphy Art Exhibition must submit photos of their works. After the preliminary evaluation, the exhibition organizing committee will notify the authors in writing to submit the original works for re-evaluation based on the mailing address and phone number registered on the back of the photos of the works;

(3) All photos of the works submitted by the authors shall be For eight-inch color photos, please use a pencil to write the author's real name, age, gender, employer, ID number, contact number, detailed mailing address and postal code in the lower right corner of the back of the photo (please be sure to use block letters when registering). (4) Cursive script must be accompanied by an explanatory text, and seal script must be accompanied by a copy of the source of the explanatory text and the explanatory version.

(5) Each author can only submit a photo of his work once. There is no limit to the number of pieces. Duplicate submissions are prohibited; a participation fee of RMB 30 will be charged for each photo (set) of his work (please do not send it in an envelope) , overseas fee is US$30), works that have not received the participation fee will not be judged. Duplicate submissions under pseudonyms will not be reviewed.

(6) There is no limit to the number of submissions from authors, they must be submitted all at once, and a participation fee is required for each work.

(7) All works in this event will not be returned.

5. Selection

The jury of this exhibition will be divided into preliminary evaluation and final evaluation. The preliminary evaluation will evaluate the photos of valid submissions, and the final evaluation will evaluate the works that have entered the re-evaluation. Originals are reviewed. The list of winners and exhibitors will be announced in a timely manner. If a ghostwriter is found to be suspected of being a ghostwriter, the author will be notified to go to the site for testing; those who do not come to the site for testing will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications to win awards and participate in the exhibition after being determined by the review committee and agreed by the supervisory committee.

7. Publishing

8. Author treatment

1. Award-winning authors will be awarded bonuses and certificates, and exhibition authors will be awarded collection fees and certificates; the first prize is 8,000 yuan per person, and the second prize is 6,000 yuan per person.
