Feng Li, 1962, was born in Tianjin in August and was born in Ningjin, Shandong. Graduated from the Art and Design Department of Tianjin Normal University. He is currently a member of the Development Committee of China Calligraphers Association, a member of China Calligraphers Association, a director of Tianjin Calligraphers Association, a director of Tianjin Yanhuang Culture Research Association, the chairman of Jinghai County Calligraphers Association, and a full-time calligrapher of Tianjin Jinghai Painting and Calligraphy Institute. Calligraphy works have been exhibited in the 6th and 8th National Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition, the 4th and 8th National Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition for Young and Middle-aged Artists, the 2nd China Newcomer Calligraphy Exhibition, the 1st and 2nd National Cursive Calligraphy Exhibition, the 1st, 3rd and 4th National Calligraphy Exhibition, the 1st, 4th and 5th National Couplet Calligraphy Exhibition and the 13th National Calligraphy Exhibition. His works won the Stars Award (Silver Award) of the Ministry of Culture 12, the 5th National Calligraphy Exhibition of Couplets (Bronze Award), the 1st Xihe Cup National Calligraphy Competition (Silver Award), the Calligraphy Creation of Tianjin Staff Art Festival (Gold Award) and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Stars Awards (Gold Award) of Tianjin.
