Selected pages of Master Meng's Monument

The full name of Mengfuzi Monument is Mengfuzi Monument, which was carved in 642 AD (the 16th year of Zhenguan). The original stone was lost, and only the Tang rubbings collected by Calvin in the Qing Dynasty were handed down from generation to generation.

The Monument to Mencius was written by Chu Suiliang at the age of 47. At that time, Chu Suiliang had not yet defined his personal calligraphy style, and his calligraphy was both dignified in Ou Yangxun and charming in Yu Shu. This monument is quite different in style from Fang Bei and Preface to Wild Goose Pagoda in the late Chu Dynasty.

Only Master Meng's orphan Tang Tuo is left in the world. Not many people have studied this monument, and Mr. Wang's regular script was born here.

Readers who want to learn this monument can pay attention to the cultural relics publishing house, the selection of ancient book steles, the monument of Master Meng in Tang Dynasty, and the black and white printing, which has a good effect and high cost performance.

In addition, Shanghai Painting and Calligraphy Publishing House, a famous monument in China, Master Meng's "Chu Suiliang Monument", is printed in primary colors, and it is absolutely exquisite.
