The school has distinctive features, and aerobics enjoys a high reputation both inside and outside the province. In 2002 and 2006, the school participated in the "Aerobics Competition for Primary and Secondary Schools in Anhui Province" on behalf of Bengbu City, and won the first prize in all primary school awards. The school has a strong scientific research atmosphere. At present, four provincial projects, three municipal projects and one national project 1 have been successfully completed.
