Throughout his life, Mr. Li Xin adhered to the lofty pursuit of art and selfless spirit of serving the people, and donated his collections and artworks to world museums such as China and Japan, indifferent to fame and fortune, modest and kind. 1980, Mr. Li Xin donated his manuscript (photocopy) of Strange Tales from a Lonely Studio to Pu Songling Memorial Hall in Zichuan, Zibo. The collection is still in the museum and is appreciated by tourists.
Mr. Li Xin supported the peace and reunification of the motherland, made outstanding achievements in art, actively cared about state affairs, and made his own contribution to the peace and development of the motherland. 1990, in the Great Hall of the People, he selflessly donated his excellent paintings and calligraphy to the Tibet Development Committee, contributing to the cultural exchanges between the East and the West and the peace and development of the motherland. Mr. Li Xin has been invited to participate in Sino-Japanese cultural exchange activities for many times, and his works have been collected by many museums and individuals in Japan. He made great achievements in art and was awarded the title of "Artist with Virtue and Art" by Zibo City.
