1966, it was smashed and pushed down by the "rebel" composed of underwear factory employees and students from May 7th Middle School (the second senior middle school in the county). Before the stone building was destroyed, it was about 2 meters in the northwest corner of Lock Longjing. There is an octagonal pavilion on the stone building, and there is a door to the south of the pavilion. The other seven faces are inlaid with inscriptions by literati and calligraphy in previous dynasties, and then fired with lime. According to participants' memories, some people smashed the words on the stone building with tools, and some people tied the upper part of the stone building with hemp rope and pulled it down. Because after thousands of years, the stone building itself has cracks, which break and collapse under the action of its external force, resulting in the first, second, third, fourth and eighth faces breaking in half; A line behind the upper half of the fourth face; The fifth and sixth sides are completed; The first three lines of the seventh face fell off as a whole, and their whereabouts are still unknown. When 1972 was rediscovered, it was brought back to the art museum by Zhang Huating, deputy director of the People's Art Museum. 1984 Shangqiu Museum was returned to Suiyang Cultural Relics Bureau in 2003 after its establishment, and is now in Baguanting Scenic Area.
After the establishment of Shangqiu Museum, the restoration and re-carving of "Eight Guanting Stone Building" were discussed. Due to the serious damage to the original stone building, Yan Genqi, the captain of the 1988 cultural relics team, borrowed Mingtuo's "Eight Guanting Bao Hui Deji" for mounting, and Zhang Huating hooked it up for later use. Later, due to problems such as technology, capital and site selection, it has not been possible. 1992, Shangqiu county people's government decided to engrave it in the original site, and Cheng Deqing took this double-hook copy from Zhang Huating as the base copy and engraved it in 1993 Baguanting scenic spot. 1994 returned the double-hook manuscript, and found that more than half of it was lost a few years later. Later, Mr. Zhang Huating sent me his residual manuscript for collection and research. The manuscript is now in Shangqiu Tingyuxuan. The pavilion was built in 1997, and the courtyard was afforested twice in 1997 and 1999.
