Blue bottle coffee is known as "the apple of coffee industry" and is considered as the representative brand of the third coffee wave. In 2002, Blue Bottle was founded by James Freeman in Oakland, California, USA. At first, it was a coffee stall in the farmers' market, and two years later, the first physical store was established. After 20 15 entered the Japanese market, it caused a queuing craze.

Pete's coffee is called "the father of Starbucks". Alfred Li Dingding, the founder, is a Dutchman. He introduced black coffee to the United States. He brought high-quality coffee beans and deep roasting to America. The three founders of Starbucks are all his apprentices.

Monmouth Coffee has always been rated as "the best coffee shop in London" by Londoners. It is the first shop in London to provide hand-brewed coffee for its guests, and enjoys a high reputation in the British coffee shop community. Monmouth was founded in 1978. At first it was just baked in the basement. Later, because of its popularity, it opened its first store in 2002. At present, there are three stores in London, all of which are well-known stores.
