"Shi Yang biography deceives you straight; Who has let go of the nether world through the ages. " What does this couplet strongly show?
Located in the west of the backyard, Dizang King Temple, commonly known as Yanwang Temple, was built in the Ming Dynasty. The main statue is the bodhisattva, the king of earth treasure, surrounded by ten halls of Yan, and six judges, bulls' heads and horse faces stand on the ground. Some of these statues are aggressive, some are gentle and some are amiable. There are murals on the four walls of the Dizang King Hall. These murals are a combination of painting and calligraphy, describing the scene where the bad guys are punished, and their horror is unbearable. These plots show the philosophy of punishing evil and promoting good, but in feudal society, working people are at the lower level of society, and their grievances and pains have nowhere to tell. They only pin their hopes on the afterlife, as a couplet next to this mural says: the truth of deceiving the world is straight; Throughout the ages, the underworld has not spared anyone. This couplet strongly expresses the desire to punish evil and promote good and the philosophy of life.
