In early summer, we went to Wuxian Temple by bike, along the flood diversion embankment to the north, weeping willows on the west bank, and beautiful images were reflected; On the east bank, poplars are towering and the ground is shaded. The running water rippled slightly. After walking about four or five miles, I vaguely saw several tile-roofed houses among the reeds, surrounded by trees, and that was the "Five Immortals Temple". The back of Wuxian Temple is north-south, facing the lotus pond in front, with fish ponds on the right and reeds more than one meter high on the other side. It's really beautiful. Standing by the pond, you can have a panoramic view of the front of Wuxian Temple, which is about 50 meters long from east to west, with a faucet door in the middle and a four-corner pavilion five or six meters high on each side. It is better to call it "Wang Huting" than to call it a gazebo.
The doors and pavilions are tile red. The four corners are tilted upward, like an eagle spreading its wings in the air. The eaves of ceramic paintings shine in the sun, and the beams are carved with exquisite patterns, giving people an elegant and quaint feeling.
Climb the steps and walk into the yard. There are five houses on the front and three wings on the east and west sides. All the houses are tile red, with strange shapes and antique colors. The protruding eaves rise upward like a chicken beak, and the front of the house is carved with beams and painted buildings, which are bright and translucent.
Approaching the building, I saw a couplet inscribed by Dong Yibo on two pillars in the middle. The first couplet is "Han, Song, Confucianism and Warring States Dynasties"; The bottom line is: "Five immortals with different surnames, Wolong, fallen immortals and scholars". Above it is a golden red plaque with the words "Five Immortals Temple" written on it, which is really magnificent.
Entering the room, five statues lined up. They are all burly, sitting solemnly on the platform more than one meter high. Cover the satin shed above and step on the slate below. Respect is exquisite and delicate, and everyone is lifelike.
In the middle is the statue of Lv Zhonglian. The tour guide said that he was a native of Qi during the Warring States period and was good at solving problems for others without compensation. His deeds are recorded in books such as The Warring States Policy and Historical Records.
The tour guide pointed to a big statue on the right and said, "He is Su Dongpo, a writer in the Northern Song Dynasty. When I was in Mizhou, I traveled to Huashan (now Huashan in the northeast of Jinan) and went down to Xiaoqing River. He came here and wrote a famous poem,' I was greedy for red and green covers, but I didn't expect the lake to be frosty overnight, and I taught my horse to write Qiu Guang.' " He is wearing a big green square flat-topped hat, with a kind face, knife-cut sideburns and dark eyebrows. Full of literary talent. A black beard floated on his chest, and a scroll was held in his left hand, as if whispering wonderful poems there.
The statue on the left is Zhuge Liang, Shu Xiang of the Three Kingdoms. He held a long fan with feathers in his hand, and his brow showed resourcefulness and resourcefulness.
Are the two sages in the outermost row Yan? Hegu Yan? During the Warring States Period, Qi people lived in seclusion in Wuxian Temple.
Stepping on the steps of the West Room, you are greeted with a couplet: "Knowing the time is in Zhuge, and there is a connection between harmony and harmony."
Isn't this a high opinion of the two wise men? The front wall says "National Expectation". The wall is full of masterpieces by poets and painters of ancient and modern times, which is full of poetry and painting.
Entering the East Room, the tour guide showed us the couplets in front of the door. "Fishing boats sing late and go back to Julian, which is a surprise for geese." This is to praise the scenery of Lake Qiu Jin. Yes, it is full of poems and paintings praising Qiu Jin's prosperity. It's really poetic and spectacular.
After visiting Wuxian Temple, I really felt something in my heart. This feeling comes from my admiration for Wuxian Temple and its magnificent buildings. It was already night, and we reluctantly left. I wish you success in your studies!
