In adversity, some people will do nothing, some people will give up on themselves, some people will waste their time and even be willing to be depressed. It is wise to transfer this negative emotional behavior and cultivate a hobby, such as playing ball, calligraphy, playing chess and fishing. Pursue indifference, cultivate intelligence and cultivate sentiment. It can be said that hobbies can cultivate people's mood, calmness and will, and gain the spirit and strength to get out of adversity.

Then make more friends, friends who tell the truth, friends who have rumors, remind more and help more.

Eight is obsessed with reading. There are five or six trees next to the house, because I think the number is not clear. Quiet, quiet, don't be greedy. Good reading, not asking for a solution; Every time I know something, I am so happy that I forget to eat. " The ancients were addicted to reading in the courtyard, but today people can't? In adversity, if people can sit down and read quietly like Tao Lao, they can not only relieve depression, but also broaden their horizons. Why not?

Nine is to pay attention to health. It is easy to get angry in adversity, and it is easy to get hurt when you are angry. To get rid of "qi", we need to pay attention to both mental health and physical health. Mental health needs to find a psychologist, and physical health needs to find a clinician. The premise is that you need to prevent and adjust, but also need to have good psychological quality and mental state, and have a very strong inner self.
