Xuanzang Tower Monument, the full name of which is the inscription and preface of Xuanzang Tower Monument given to Master Qi Dada by Anjiu Temple, a monk in Zuo Jie in Tang Dynasty, was written by Pei Xiu, then prime minister, and Shu Dan, a calligrapher, in the first year of Tang Huichang (84 1), and it is a regular script calligraphy work. In June of the first year of Kaicheng in Tang Wenzong (836), Duan Fu, a Dada master, died at the age of 68 and was buried in the south of Chang 'an Changle. He was another monk after Master Xuanzang in the Tang Dynasty. When Tang Xianzong became a monk, because of Duan Fu's attainments and fame in Buddhism, Xianzong summoned Duan Fu to lead his family to see the true bone in Lingshan, and held a charity ceremony in the secret hall. After Xuanzang, Duan Yu once again shook Chang 'an's ruling and opposition parties.
