How to join China Calligraphers Association?

1, now must be a member of the provincial calligraphers association;

2, must win more than three times in the national competition, or personal works and works published in national journals;

3. It must be declared by the provincial book association once a year or you must join local associations, such as county and city book associations and provincial book associations.
