Ou Yangxun was born in Linxiang County (now Changsha City, Hunan Province). He was born in 557 AD and died in 64 1 year. He was a minister and calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty. Ou Yangxun began to learn Wang Xizhi's calligraphy, and later gradually formed his own style, which was called "European style" internationally.
