What is the name of Guo Ziyu County?
Aisingiorro Li Yin (1697-1738) was the owner of He Chun, the seventeenth son of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, and Yong Zhengdi's half-brother, whose mother was Chunyu Qin Fei. Later, it was renamed "Li Yun" to avoid Yong Zhengdi's anonymity. In the first year of Yongzheng (1723), Li Yin conferred Guo Junwang, who was in charge of Fan Yuan affairs. In the sixth year of Yongzheng (1728), he became a prince and took charge of the Ministry of Industry the following year. In the eighth year of Yongzheng (1730), prime minister Li Yin was in charge of the third library. In the 12th year of Yongzheng (1734), Li Yin went to Taining to send the Dalai Lama back to Tibet and asked about the troops stationed in various provinces and green camp personnel. The next year, he returned to the capital to deal with the affairs of the scenic spot. On his deathbed, Yong Zhengdi was ordered to help the government hold a three-dimensional ceremony. Qianlong acceded to the throne, Li Yin was appointed as prime minister, in charge of the affairs of punishments. In the first year of Qianlong (1736), Li Yin was paid double for something. He died in Qianlong for three years (1738) at the age of 42. Li Yin was open-minded, shrewd and cautious, did not participate in the struggle for imperial power, did his best for the country, had a clean conduct and made remarkable achievements. Yong Zhengdi once praised Li Yin for being "honest" and "generous". He devoted himself to calligraphy all his life, being good at poetry, traveling, singing live and singing on his belly. He is the author of Confucius Statue, On Mr. Cheng and Hong Wen Xuanhua.
