Cai Huaiting: Ming Jiajing Ding Jinian (1557) was born on the fifth day of February in Yutian Town, Youxian County, Hunan Province. He was admitted to the imperial examination in 158, and palace examination was ranked in the second place in 1583. He is the ninth grandson of Putian Cai Min. He has served as the magistrate of Jiaxing, the doctor of the household department, and the official to Taibu Temple (from the third grade).
Hong Yunzheng (158-1636): A famous minister in the Ming Dynasty, whose name was Hua Qing, was Ziyun, a native of Caobo, Youxian County, and a scholar of the Gengxu family in Wanli. He was posthumously awarded the imperial history of Douchayuan.
Long Zhanlin (1837-195): Zi Zhisheng was born in Youxian County, Hunan Province in the Qing Dynasty. In the first year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1862), he was a scholar and chose Jishi Shu, the academician courtyard. Disperse the library for editing and repairing. Hu Shuhua (1886-1968): A native of Chengguan, Youxian County, a famous educator and metallurgical expert, was the president of Tongji University, Hunan University, Chongqing University and Northwest University.
Wen Ronglin (19-1974): A native of Chengguan, Youxian County, served as the head of the 12th Regiment of the 4th Division of the National Revolutionary Army and the deputy head of the 79th Division Colonel. During the Anti-Japanese War, he served as the deputy commander of the 28 th Division Major General, and later transferred to the Guangdong Air Defense Training Course as the education director of the Major General.
Zhang Decai (19-1987): A native of Tian Village, Dongxiang County, Youxian County, was an agricultural economist and educator, and one of the founders of agricultural economics in China.
Tan Zhenlin (192-1983): a native of Chengguan, Youxian County, was a member of the Central Committee of CPC, secretary of the Central Secretariat, members of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, Vice Premier the State Council, Vice Chairman the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), and Deputy Director of the Central Advisory Committee.
Chen Kui (192-199): He was once known as Chen Biyou, who was born in Zhangjing, Baishi, Youxian County. Member of the Compilation Committee of Selected Works of Mao Zedong, devoted himself to translating China's famous ancient poems into English and introducing them abroad, thus creating a new world of English translation of Chinese poems.
Ding Delong (194-1996): The word Guanzhou, also known as Ruowang, was born in Gaoyuan County. He led his troops to participate in the Shanghai Defence War, the Lanfeng Campaign and the Wuhan Battle. Lieutenant General of the National Revolutionary Army and Commander-in-Chief of the 37th Army. In his later years, he retired from politics and devoted himself to studying the philosophies of Taoism, Buddhism, Confucianism and Yeism. He was good at calligraphy of seal, official, model and grass, and had painting skills. He once held a personal painting exhibition in Taipei. In terms of works, there are Fu Zi's works, such as Datong Avenue, Yijing Principle, View of Mind and Matter as One, Truth of Tao, Harmony between Man and Nature, and Law of Natural Circulation.
Tang Youzhang (196-2): a new citizen of Youxian County, participated in the Guangzhou Uprising. He has served as vice president of the Design Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, director of the Foreign Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Agricultural Machinery and consultant of the Ministry of Agricultural Machinery.
Liu ke (1915-2): formerly known as Liu xiangyao, was born in shiping village, shangping town, Youxian city. In August 1961, he was awarded the rank of Major General, and served as deputy commander and director of engineering department of Railway Corps, deputy commander and director of scientific research department of Railway Corps.
Xiao Youming (1916-): Originally named Xie Huasheng, he was born in Guanghanzhai Village, Huangfengqiao Town, Youxian County. Major General, former Deputy Minister of the Third Ministry of Machinery Industry, and a representative of the Third and Fifth National People's Congresses.
Yan Deming (1917-1985) was born in Youxian County, Hunan Province. In 1934, he joined the China Producer Party. In 1955, he was awarded the rank of Major General. He is a member of the Fifth Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Committee. He was awarded the 3rd Class August 1st Medal, 2nd Class Medal of Independence and Freedom, and 2nd Class Medal of Liberation. He used to be the political commissar and commander of armored forces in Guangzhou Military Region, and the deputy chief of staff and commander of Guangzhou Military Region.
Luo Jiting (193-): A native of Guandong Village, Datong Town, Youxian County, a nuclear physicist and postgraduate tutor. Major general rank. He used to be a member of Shaanxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference, an alumnus of Huda University, a member of China Computational Physics Society, a member of Monte Carlo Professional Association, a member of Northwest Branch of Computational Physics, a member of Academic Committee of the Academy, an editorial board member of Journal of the Academy, an editorial board member of Shaanxi Physics, an editorial board member of Science and Engineering Computing Series, and a consultant and editorial board member of China International Publishing House.
Chen Xubang (1932-): A native of Aolin Village, Yatangpu Township, Youxian County, with the rank of Major General. He used to be the director of the Political Department of Ningxia Military Region and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Ningxia Military Region, and was elected as the representative of the fifth and sixth people's congresses of Ningxia Autonomous Region.
Zhou Yushu (1933-): A native of Youxian County, Hunan Province, was an alternate member of the 13th Central Committee, a member of the 14th Central Committee and a member of the 9th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Standing Committee. In September 1988, he was awarded the rank of Major General, and in January 199, he was changed to the rank of Major General of the Armed Police. In July 199, he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general of the Armed Police, and in December 1992, he was changed to the rank of lieutenant general.
Su Jilan (1935-): a physical oceanographer from Youxian County, Hunan Province, was known as the "son of the sea". Long-term commitment to the study of physical oceanography circulation dynamics. Liu Kaiyun (1937-): A Yun, a famous flower and bird painter in China, was born in Youxian County, Hunan Province. He used to be the curator of Hunan Art Museum and Hunan Traditional Chinese Painting Museum, the director of Hunan Artists Association and Calligraphers Association, and the president of Hunan Flower and Bird Painting Research Association. Cai Yi (196-1992): Originally named Cai Nanguan, she was born in Youxian County, Hunan Province. China aesthetician and literary theorist. Editor-in-chief of college textbooks "Introduction to Literature" and "Principles of Aesthetics", editor-in-chief of publications such as "Essays on Aesthetics" and "Comments on Aesthetics". He is a member of the Fifth Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a representative of the Fourth National People's Congress. Attend the eighth and ninth party congresses. Tan Zhenlin (192-1983), Han nationality, was born in an ordinary worker's family in Chengguan Town, You County, Hunan Province in 192, and joined the China * * * Production Party in 1926. He died in Beijing on September 3, 1983.
