Teacher Yu has been engaged in minority language education since 1962. He has been an educator for more than forty years, and he has no regrets. He has a soft spot for Chinese teaching in primary schools, even "obsessed". Only in this spirit can we have unlimited enthusiasm for teaching and sincere love for students, and we can create classroom art with our heart and find ways to make students "write with interest, read with interest, act with interest and write with interest" in class. Teaching with relish can make students savor it carefully and leave endless aftertaste for students. Looking back on my teaching experience for more than 20 years, I was impetuous when I was young. I didn't concentrate on my studies and didn't know the importance of lifelong learning. It is very utilitarian to regard teaching as a career to support the family and teach for the promotion of professional titles. Therefore, there is no persistent attitude in teaching, either diligence or slack. You often complain when you are dissatisfied. How can you be in the mood to improve your business level? Teacher Yu said that the Chinese literacy of Chinese teachers determines the quality of Chinese education. I really agree that the humanity of teachers has a greater influence on students than the humanity in Chinese books.
Teacher Yu said that when teaching, one eye is fixed on Chinese and the other on "people", which is the complete Chinese teaching. Teacher Yu said that it is good for students and good for students. Teachers have been engaged in education for forty years, constantly telling themselves: don't forget to be a child. There is no generation gap between the teachers and students in his class. A teacher with silver hair faced a group of naive and naughty children. He is always affable, humorous, laughing and creating a harmonious and pleasant learning atmosphere. Studying in such a classroom, students have no sense of tension and fear, so that they can actively think and express themselves, collide with more sparks of thinking, experience the happiness of learning, and have a stronger desire to learn. Teacher Yu's kindness to students is also reflected in his respect for each student's personality differences, rather than using the shackles of grades to bind students' special development. He can squat down to show naughty and fun students, and he can "hold hands" and "walk for a while" for students with learning difficulties. As for me, I always complain that the age gap with students is too big and the generation gap is too deep, so I prevaricate about the problems existing in my teaching. When preparing lessons, students tend to be supercilious and only prepare textbooks, while ignoring the students' dominant position. In class, I only hope that students will cooperate with my teaching design, lead students by the nose and drag them to complete the teaching task. Lack of interest and thinking experience in class. After a long time, students will get bored. Therefore, in addition to students' own factors, we should reflect on the current phenomenon of students' weariness of learning.
? Teacher Yu advocates "smiling teaching". Some people evaluate the success of the teacher's teaching, mostly because of his smile. His business cards for students are "smile" and "responsibility", which means understanding, respect and tolerance for students, as well as strictness, seriousness and patience for students. In the teacher's video class, he always walks off the stage and smiles and coaxes. But when I am in class, I can't let go of the teacher's condescending shelf, and I can only make students obey the teacher's orders, either deadpan or expressive. This makes it difficult to enter students' hearts, their hearts are closed, and no amount of language is powerless. Smile is sincere from the heart, not fake. What does a smile need to support? Teacher Yu said: "Smile needs the support of teachers' tolerant character, kind heart, broad mind, open-minded tolerance, cheerful personality, rich knowledge, witty conversation and correct teaching ideas." That's true. Only knowledgeable, humorous, students will admire, will like, and only close to the teacher will believe. It is also reasonable to improve their grades.
Measuring a person's language ability mainly depends on reading and writing. A lot of reading and writing, and the combination of reading and writing is the law of Chinese learning. Teacher Yu attaches great importance to reading and writing in Chinese teaching. Teacher Yu is good at reading aloud, which can also be said to be a highlight in Chinese teaching. When preparing lessons, I always read the text repeatedly until I read "Everything from the heart" and "Everything from the heart". He can not only read aloud by himself, but also guide students to learn reading, rhythm and tone, and priorities, so that students can practice many times, read fluently, read with charm and emotion. Students imagine in reading aloud, transform static words into new pictures, understand words in reading aloud, experience emotions and cultivate sentiment in reading aloud. Teacher Yu thinks. Children who have studied and grown up have "roots" in their lives, and children with "roots" may have the stamina for sustainable development. But what is the most important thing for us to teach Chinese in our usual Chinese teaching? It's probably all about doing problems. This is against the "norms" of Chinese teaching, and it is putting the cart before the horse. Now many students have studied Chinese for many years, but they can't understand sentences and can't write.
? Teacher Yu has also talked about the importance of writing Chinese characters many times, linking writing with being a man. There are horizontal and vertical strokes, and each stroke has its own rules when writing. Practicing calligraphy can make people calm and concentrate, make people do things seriously and methodically, and cultivate their will and aesthetic taste. Learning to write is learning to be a man. "Mandarin is well spoken and the handwriting is standardized." You will always see such slogans in schools, but when you walk into the classroom, you will find that many students hold pens incorrectly, and the Chinese characters written are not standardized, let alone beautiful. Calligraphy classes in many courses exist in name only, because students seem to have endless papers and homework, where can they have time to practice calligraphy? Chinese characters are sacred and a symbol of Chinese civilization. There are Gankun in both horizontal and vertical directions, which are painted into articles bit by bit. The wonderful combination shows infinite charm and magical power. When we hold heavy ancient books, recite poems of Tang and Song Dynasties with beautiful artistic conception, and trace the origin of Chinese characters one by one, we will be full of respect and lament the greatness of our Chinese characters. The ancients taught us that "words are like people", "people-oriented", "incorrect words lead to heart disease" and "respect words and cherish paper", which taught us to concentrate on writing correctly.
? In this series of composition teaching, we can see how hard the teacher is in Chinese teaching. For composition teaching, many teachers have a headache and are at a loss. In writing class, write down the composition questions for students to write. Some propositions completely copy some materials and cannot be combined with the reality of students' lives. Therefore, many students' writing instruments are also fabricated, and composition classes have become a form, not to mention the improvement of composition level. And the teacher's composition teaching has given me a lot of inspiration. First of all, Mr. Yu loves writing and is good at discovering writing materials from life. There is a pot of flowers, an electric toy dog and a piece of bread in the dustbin. He takes them to the classroom as writing materials for students. This also allows students to learn to observe life and pay attention to Chinese everywhere. On the proposition, he should think carefully, especially when instructing people to write. At present, I am a person with different interjections, allowing students to have something to say and be willing to express it. Teacher Yu kept writing "Into the Water", which was easy to understand and interesting in a child's tone. Ask the students to compare what they have written with their own articles, so that they can get the message without too much language judgment. When correcting students' compositions, he is good at finding the bright spots of students. Even if it is a sentence or a set of words, he enlarges the comments and praises to make students interested in writing.
After reading this book, I have a deeper understanding of the qualities a Chinese teacher should have, such as tolerance and fraternity, love of education, lifelong pursuit of learning, fluent Mandarin speaking, beautiful Chinese writing, reading aloud with emotion and writing ability. These are all things I should try to do. Although it has gradually reached half a hundred, we still have to work harder.
