The Qinhuai Scenic Belt of Confucius Temple is located in Qinhuai District, Nanjing, with the ancient buildings of Confucius Temple as the center, the Shili Qinhuai as the axis and the Ming City Wall as the link, connecting several national key cultural relics protection units and provincial and municipal cultural relics protection units in series.
With Confucianism, imperial examination culture and folk culture as its connotation, it integrates natural scenery, landscape gardens, temple schools, street houses, local customs, food shopping, popular science education and festival culture. 1, Confucius Temple
Confucius Temple is a group of large-scale ancient buildings, which have experienced vicissitudes and been abandoned several times. This is the place where Confucius is sacrificed. As one of the four major Confucian temples in China, it has become a characteristic scenic spot in the ancient capital of Nanjing, known as the scenic spot of Qinhuai, and also a famous tourist attraction at home and abroad. It is the largest traditional ancient market in China.
2. Jiangnan Gongyuan
Jiangnan Gongyuan, also known as Nanjing Gong Yuan, is located in the southeast corner of Nanjing, east of Gong Xue of Nanjing Confucius Temple. It is a part of Qinhuai scenic belt of Confucius Temple and one of the three ancient buildings in Confucius Temple area.
Jiangnan Gongyuan was founded in 1 168 (the main road of the Song Dynasty was four years), and reached its peak during the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty. There are 20,644 examination rooms alone, plus hundreds of ancillary buildings, covering an area of more than 300,000 square meters. Its scale and area rank first among all provincial institutes in China, and it is the highest in China ancient imperial examination room.
3. Meixianglou
Lou, also known as Li's former residence or Li Lou, was built in memory of Li. Meixianglou is located at No.38, Qian Ku Street, Confucius Temple in Nanjing, at the southern end of Laiyan Bridge on Qinhuai River. This is a house with three entrances and two courtyards.
Meixianglou leads Wende Bridge to the left, Yanqiao to the right, Wuyi Lane to the south and Confucius Temple to the north. Calligraphy, painting, couplets, seal cutting, rockery, statues and garden landscapes, stone carvings, brick carvings, murals and lanterns are all on display in the whole hospital for tourists to enjoy.
