A monk in the Tang Dynasty. Xuanzong (847 ~ 859) tasted the call and gave him a purple robe. Later, he died in Kaiyuan Temple in Huzhou, and he made good use of Luanchuan Baiji as a true and cursive script. His brushwork was won by Zhang Changshi. Han Yu once sent it as a preface, claiming the beauty of his calligraphy, which made it widely known to the world. He used paper cursive script "Thousand-Character Text", and also wrote poems of solitary Chu, and the stone carving was in Huzhou. Song Dongti's "Guang Chuan's Postscript" says: "Idle books don't exist much in the world, and they learned from Zhang Dian, which became very famous in the Tang Dynasty." Song Chensi's "A Brief History of Books" says: "Gao Xian is good at cursive writing, learning from Huai Su, and he is poor." Handed down from ancient times, there are the remnants of the cursive script "Thousand Characters", and Huzhou has stone carvings "Thousand Characters" and "Poems of Solitary Chu". The cursive script "Thousand Characters" is a remnant, an original. The paper book, 3.8 cm in length and 331.1 cm in width, has been damaged, and there are only 52 lines and 243 words below the word "burial", and the missing part is supplemented by Yuan Xian. This book has been collected by Zhao Mingcheng in Song Dynasty, Yu Shu in Yuan Dynasty, Ming Qian in Ming Dynasty, Bian Yongyu in Qing Dynasty and An Qi in Qing Dynasty, and is now in Shanghai Museum. This "Thousand-character Text" is written in hard strokes, with a strong brushwork and a firm vertical position without losing the rules. Following the rules of grass, it is free and vivid. At the end, it is especially magnificent and bold, giving people a feeling of dripping ink. Zhang You wrote a poem praising: "The scroll was written by the imperial court, and Tao Xin was collected into the society in the letter. By nature, the classics were first revealed, and the wind pen kept floating on the coast for a long time, and it was difficult for the poor and the wise to flow forever. Yin Qin is here, keep it to see the silver hook. " It can be seen that Gao Xian has a prominent title in the Tang Dynasty.
