Sun Guang is a famous young and middle-aged painter and calligrapher in contemporary China.
Member of China Artists Association, member of China Association for Promoting Democracy, vice president of Shaanxi Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, director of Provincial Artists Association and vice chairman of Provincial Young Artists Association.
He has served as Dean of Art Branch of Dongfang Asia-Pacific College, Director of Art Teaching and Research Section of Shaanxi Education College, Deputy Director of Art Department, Professor China, an overseas student in Angola, and an expert with outstanding contributions in 2002.
Mr. Sun Guang has written more than 40 famous movie titles, such as Life and Death Choice, National Anthem, red river valley, Long March, The Man, The Mountain, The Dog, Han Can, etc., and is known as an expert in film title writing.
The representative works of traditional Chinese painting include Twelve Women in Jinling, Twelve Flowers in China and Interesting Pictures.
Mr. Sun Guang held the first solo exhibition of college students in China on 1988. 199 1 gave a 35-episode lecture on the art of Chinese painting at Xi' an TV station. 1994 invited by the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC to paint in Zhongnanhai. In the contemporary Chang 'an painting circle, he is known as "Young Shuai" and "Young Man".
In 2003, "Sun Guang Painting and Calligraphy Art Museum" was opened. In 2004, at the invitation of international superstar Jackie Chan, he wrote Eating is Happiness.
