What is low-key here is the method of reading. There are three kinds of reading, namely, heart, eyes and mouth. If the heart is not in the book, then the eyes will not read it carefully. Since my mind and eyes didn't absorb it, I just looked at it casually, of course I wouldn't remember it, and even if I did, it wouldn't last long. Of the three, the heart is the most important. Zhu was a master of Neo-Confucianism and a famous educator in the Southern Song Dynasty. He spent most of his life studying and teaching, and put forward many incisive opinions. Shortly after his death, his disciples summarized his reading experience into six chapters, which are called "Zhu Reading Method", which still has enlightenment and reference significance for modern people.
