Deng Lifu was born in 1906 and died in 1988. Mingqun, the word Lifu, the word Lifu, was born in Zhuoxian County, Hebei Province. He is the producer of the first seal of China people and the national seal "People of China and the Central People's Government of China". Member of China Calligraphers Association and Xiling Printing Society. An apprentice of Wang Fuan, one of the founders of Xiling Printing Society. He was originally a coachman and handyman of the Wang Fuan family, honest and diligent.
