Introduction
"Interpretation of Classic Chinese Steles and Inscriptions: Xianyushu, Su Shi and Haitang's Poems" Introduction: Xianyushu (1256~1301), with the compound surname Xianyu, was a famous calligrapher in the Yuan Dynasty. Boji calls himself a poor mountain man, and also calls himself an old man. His ancestral home was Dexing Prefecture (now Zhuolu County, Zhangjiakou) in the Jin Dynasty, and he was born in Bianliang (now Kaifeng, Henan). Most of them were from Dudu (now Beijing), one said they were from Yuyang (now Jixian County, Beijing), and they lived in Yangzhou and Hangzhou successively. From the reign of Emperor Shizu of the Yuan Dynasty to the Yuan Dynasty, he was selected as the Xuanwei Secretary of Eastern Zhejiang Province with his experience, and later changed to the capital of Eastern Zhejiang Province. He was bold and upright, and often argued with his superiors in court. If he disagreed, he would walk away. He was loved by the people and said, "I am not good at public affairs." He was dismissed or demoted three times. After he was thirty-seven, he settled in Hangzhou and built a poor school in Hulin, West Lake. In the sixth year of Dade (1302) of Emperor Chengzong of the Yuan Dynasty, he was awarded the Dianbook of Taichang Temple. He died in Qiantang before taking office at the age of fifty-seven. Xian Yushu was good at poetry and antiques, his literary reputation was outstanding at that time, and his calligraphy achievements were the most outstanding. Zhu Quan of the Ming Dynasty listed him among the 150 "Ci Lin Yingjie" in "Taihe Zhengyin Pu".
