In the city I have been to, you can find mounting shops in the following places: around art colleges, some shops deal in paper, ink and picture frames, and some also deal in mounting and binding. Flower and bird market, art market, painting and calligraphy exhibition hall (art museum), cultural palace, etc. Some sell calligraphy and painting, some mount it, or they will introduce you to one. Ask a Chinese painting student directly, and they will also introduce you to a place.
