(1904- 1984), whose real name is Yun, whose name is Julai, whose later name is Shu Zhai, is from Zhapu Town, Pinghu, Zhejiang. People who live in Shanghai. China is an outstanding seal engraver, a famous painter and poet in the 20th century. His seal engraving is known as "the first person in 300 years". He is also known as an anecdote expert in the Republic of China because of the book Memories of An Zhi Characters. Chen Julai's seal cutting is famous at home and abroad, and his works are cherished by stone collectors. He used to be a painter of Shanghai China Painting Academy, a member of Xiling Printing Society and a member of Shanghai Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Research Association. 1September, 1980 was employed as a librarian of Shanghai Literature and History Museum. Chi Jing's Yin Hua was published by Shanghai People's Fine Arts Publishing House.
