Xie Tiancheng's Painting Style

He is a proté gé of Mr. Liu Haisu, a master painter. He inherited Liu Haisu's bold and vigorous painting style and was unique among the painting schools. He founded upright splash-ink landscape painting and figure painting. From 65438 to 0995, Xie Tiancheng lived in the United States and began his western painting career. He boldly integrated China's ink and wash, pigment and rice paper with abstract consciousness and modernist color feeling, and integrated western painting concepts and techniques into the creation of Chinese paintings, which greatly enriched the performance effect of Chinese paintings. Taking Tibetan Buddhism as the theme, he created a number of works with profound meanings and charm. The heavy texture of the picture highlights the light and shade effect of western painting. Unique lines, excellent techniques and great personalization reflect his profound knowledge of painting and calligraphy.
