How do office workers arrange their time so that they can get up early, read, run, and meditate every day?

Time is limited for everyone. After sorting out the order and priorities, it can still be achieved.

For example, if you get up at 6 o'clock every day, finish washing at 6:15, and meditate during the washing time, what are the things that need to be done urgently today?

At 6:15, I prepare to cook. I use the 20 minutes of cooking time to run and buy groceries. It is a perfect interpretation of running and shopping. At 6:35, I start cooking and cook for 10 minutes. At 6:45, the meal is prepared, and it takes 15 minutes to eat. When the time comes to 7 a.m., I take the bus and subway for 45 minutes, and then I can use the time on my way to work to listen to classes, read and study. Arrive at the company at 8 o'clock and go to work on time.

Time is like water in a sponge, there is always time to squeeze. Don’t delay your work, life and study, so let’s work hard together!
