Liu (1939~), a native of Bijie, Guizhou. He is a member of China National Studies Research Association, an art member of China Artists Committee, a member of China Old People Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, a distinguished painter of the Cultural Market Development Center of the Ministry of Culture, a creator of the Painting and Calligraphy Art Exchange Center of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a member of the Painting and Calligraphy Creation Committee of China Academy of Fine Arts, an artistic director and visiting professor of the Gallery of China History Museum, a director of the Chinese Painting Research Association of Guizhou Province, a member of Guizhou Calligraphers Association, a chairman of the literary and art circles of Nayong County, and a chairman of the Artists and Calligraphers Association of Nayong County.
