Basic situation of Zhao Yi.

Zhao Yi (A.D. 122- 196) was born in Xixian County (now Lixian County, Longnan, Gansu Province) and was a poet in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Together with Dunhuang calligrapher Zhang Zhi and Zhenyuan thinker Wang Fu, they are also called three outstanding figures in the Eastern Han Dynasty. He is a burly man with a handsome face, outstanding appearance, Geng Jie's proud personality, unique demeanor, strong personality and indomitable spirit.

In the first year of Han Guanghe (178), Hanyang County recommended Zhao Yi as the county magistrate to report to Luoyang. His boss is Situ Yuangu. When a small county official saw such a big official, he could only "worship the court, Zhao Yi didn't kneel, and Yuan Gu's subordinates urged him to blame." Zhao Yi took a step forward and said confidently, "In the past, I invited him to see Hanwang Liu Bang as a long gift, but now I see Sangong as this gift. Why not? " Sound like Hong Zhong, lingering sound, this unique nature won the respect of Yuan Kun, coupled with the extraordinary appearance, commanding, Yuan Kun secretly amazed, deliberately went to the hall, invited Zhao Yi to sit down and ask about western affairs, Zhao Yi answered like a stream. Yuan Kun was overjoyed and said, "It is a great blessing for the country to have such talents in a small western county." Later, Zhao Yi went to Yinan, Henan Province to visit sheep and talk with them. They chatted so speculatively that the sheep even lamented that they had met each other late. A few days later, Yang Li paid a return visit to Zhao Yi, sat on the floor next to Zhao Yi's broken car and drank to her heart's content. Only at sunset in the Western Hills did he leave happily, showing his celebrity demeanor. From then on, Zhao Yi became famous in Beijing, so it was a blessing to get to know Zhao Yi from a doctor. "

Zhao Yi is not only arrogant, but also brilliant. His ci is fluent, simple and elegant, and his views are sharp. His masterpiece "Fu on Human Diseases" expresses his strong dissatisfaction with the unreasonable social system and criticizes the decay of the feudal dynasty and the fatuity of the rulers. His words are sharp, emotional and incisive, and his dissatisfaction with the society is unreservedly input into his word "It is better to drink cold in the barren years of Yao and Shun, and it is better to be full and warm in today's abundant years". This may have hit the key of the ruler, offended many sycophants, and was wild and unrestrained, "repeated crimes and several deaths", and was spared with the help of friends. I wrote "Singing Birds" to know myself, tell stories and thank my friends.

The society is dark and dirty, and Zhao Yi no longer even works as a county magistrate. Back home, he "sweated on the loess and waded on the dirt road". Officials from Liangzhou and Hanyang County gave him gifts for more than a dozen times and hired him as an official, but they all declined. His works were collected by later generations as Zhao Yi Ji. Zhao Yi's Ci and Fu is unique in the history of the development of Han Fu and occupies an important position in the history of China literature.
