Famous painter-Liu Dequan

Liu Dequan (Mozi), male, born in 1957, from Benxi City, Liaoning Province, is a member of Beijing Branch and Liaoning Branch of China Artists Association. He used to be the director of the Fine Arts Department of Shenyang Technician College and the vice chairman of Shenyang Shenbei New Area Artists Association. 1982 graduated from the normal department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, 1988 was awarded the title of arts and crafts artist, 1989 studied in the oil painting department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, 1995 was awarded the title of advanced worker in Shenyang, was awarded the title of excellent teacher in Shenyang in 2003, and participated in the academic exchange of Angel Art College in San Francisco in 2065438.

Mr. Liu Dequan is currently a lecturer in the Chinese painting class of Dalian Christina School and the president of the Development Zone Branch of China-Korea Economic and Cultural Chamber of Commerce. "The Last Culture" won the third prize in the oil painting exhibition of China Artists Association; "Doomsday" won the Excellence Award of Painting and Calligraphy Works in Liaoning Province; "emblem design" won the second prize of Shenyang farmers' research association art exhibition, and some oil paintings and Chinese paintings won prizes in the national art exhibition and were collected by institutions or painting and calligraphy lovers.
