Liu Weijun, born in 1929, male, from xinmin city, Liaoning, 196 1 graduated from the Chinese Department of Jilin University, and moved to party member, China. He is an expert in the study of ancient history and culture in Xinjiang. He is currently the director of Xicheng Research Center of Xinjiang University, researcher of World Culture and Art Research Center, director of China New Literature Society, director of China Xicheng Art Research Zone, director of Xinjiang Contemporary Literature Research Association, member of Xinjiang Writers Association, secretary general of Xinjiang International Altay Research Association, president of Urumqi Jiluntai Urban Protection and Development Research Association, editorial board and consultant of Chinese Talents, Ci Hai of Chinese Characters and Who's Who in the World (China Volume). His published works include: more than 300 poems, 100 essays, more than 80 academic papers and literary reviews. The poem "Pioneering in the 1960s" won 1959 Jilin Red Flag Award, and the poem "Thinking on the Roof of the World" won 19 1 National Competition "Poet Laureate Award". Participated in the presiding judge in the name of consultant, wrote "Journey to Xinjiang", and won the first prize of 1990 Xinjiang social science research achievements.
